Safwan joined Bayzat as a young, eager intern who quickly showcased his strong ability to connect with customers by converting insurance leads to customers at a high clip. Just one month into his internship, Safwan was hired as a Benefits Analyst where he continued to excel in his role.
A little over a year into his journey with Bayzat, Safwan successfully transitioned into becoming Bayzat’s first Customer Success Manager with the goal of onboarding a significant number of companies onto Bayzat Benefits, our platform that helps to automate HR administration and benefits.
Over the past eight months, Safwan has played an integral role in helping to shape the Customer Success department as it grew from a team of one to eight. Being part of the Customer Success team plays into many of Safwan’s core strengths such as his obsessive, customer-centric attitude or his aptitude to devise effective processes that ensure customer expectations are met.
During his downtime, Safwan enjoys watching and playing football or exploring new cuisines and restaurants to try.
